Abstract
Naloga obravnava problematiko evidentiranja prisotnosti na delovnem mestu v osnovnih šolah. Zaradi specifike dela in raznolikosti profilov, ki so zaposleni na šoli, ni smiselno evidentiranje zgolj urne pristnosti na delovnem mestu, temveč je razširjeno s konceptom izrabe delovnega časa, ki deskriptivno evidentira opravljeno delo. Tehnična izvedba je prepogosto odvisna od iznajdljivosti posamezne šole in njene IT–kompetentnosti, kar povzroča nedoslednosti in s tem povezane težave.
V nalogi je predstavljena dejanska situacija na štirih tipičnih osnovnih šolah, izdelan in v praksi verificiran računalniški model evidentiranja ter njegov delujoči prototip, nameščen in delujoč na eni izmed obravnavnih osnovnih šol. Na koncu je izdelana še kritična analiza, ki objektivno evalvira elektronsko evidentiranje po analizi SWOT.

This Master's diploma deals with the problem of supervising the presence of primary school staff at work. Due to the specific nature of work and the profile diversity of school employees, merely keeping a record of the time spent at work is insufficient and must therefore be complemented by the concept of use of working time. The latter records the done work in a descriptive manner. Unfortunately, technical realization of such record keeping largely depends on the inventiveness of individual schools as well as their IT-competence, which causes inconsistency and herewith related problems.
In this work the actual situation in four typical primary schools is presented, along with the prototype of a computer model of working time supervision installed and fully functioning at one of the schools mentioned. Finally, a critical analysis follows that objectively evaluates electronic supervision according to SWOT analysis. |
