Abstract

Raziskava podaja njihove ocene in mnenja. Vsaka delovna organizacija mora del sredstev nameniti za iskanje primernih človeških virov, saj dobri delavci največ prispevajo k poslovnemu in strokovnemu uspehu podjetja.

Secondary title: Selection of candidates suitable for the working place
Secondary abstract: The assignment presents a literature review in the field of candidate selection suitable for a free working position. The theoretical framework of the methods and ways of selecting candidates suitable for the vacant job is presented, with an emphasis on the methods of selection. We were interested in what influences the choice of good human resources, which characteristics and skills the interviewer must have if the company wants to have good personnel or good human resources, and what methods interviewers usually use when looking for suitable personnel. Therefore we did the research in a way that we conducted interviews with interviewers from different companies in order to get a bigger picture. Their evaluations and opinions are given in the survey. The results of the investigation show us that it is very important for the interviewer to have a proper level and field of formal education. Additional special skills are also of greater importance. In general, this applies to all who are involved in the employment process, as additional knowledge in the field of recruitment and conducting interviews means a significantly better assessment in the selection of suitable candidates. The more educated the interviewer is, the more different methods he/she knows and uses successfully in his/hers work. We can conclude that it is important for every work organization that job interviews are conducted by a suitably qualified interviewer. If the work organization doesn’t have it available, it is proper to find it outside the company. Every work organization must devote part of its resources to the search for the proper human resources since good workers are the ones who contribute to the business and company succes.
