Uspešnost in učinkovitost poslovanja avtohiše X v času pandemije COVID-19

Abstract

Epidemija COVID-19 je vse gospodarstvo postavila na veliko preizkušnjo. Podjetja so se morala nastali situaciji hitro prilagoditi in z ustreznimi rešitvami zmanjšati vplive epidemije. V diplomski nalogi je v ta namen analizirano poslovanje podjetja X v avtomobilski industriji v obdobju treh let od nastanka epidemije. Veliko vlogo pri blaženju posledic epidemije so imeli t. i. vladni PKP-ukrepi, ki so podrobneje predstavljeni v nalogi. Podjetje se je na nastalo situacijo odzvalo pozitivno in v veliki meri ublažilo strmi padec poslovne uspešnosti glede na poslovanje podjetja pred nastopom pandemije koronavirusa.

Secondary abstract:	The emergence of the COVID-19 epidemic has put the entire economy to a great test. Businesses had to adapt quickly to the situation and reduce the effects of the epidemic with appropriate solutions. For this purpose, in my diploma thesis, I analyzed the business of company X in the automotive industry, in the period of three years since the outbreak. These played a major role in mitigating the effects of the epidemic. government PKP measures, which I have presented in detail for this purpose. The company responded positively to the situation and largely mitigated the sharp decline in business performance relative to the company's operations before the onset of the coronavirus pandemic.
