Abstract

Za uspešno delovanje in poslovanje podjetja sta pomembna upoštevanje načel menedžmenta človeških virov in pravilno organiziranje kadrovske funkcije ter njeno povezovanje z ostalimi poslovnimi funkcijami. Redni letni pogovor med vodjo in njegovimi sodelavci je sestavni del vodenja in le ena od oblik sistema komuniciranja v družbi. Marsikje menijo, da je glavni namen letnih pogovorov v ocenjevanju delovne uspešnosti sodelavcev kot podpora izvajanja plačnega sistema. Žal pa se s takšnim pogledom osiromaši vrednost letnih pogovorov, ker spregledajo, da so odlično orodje za izboljšanje pretoka informacij, zbiranje podatkov o kadrovskih potencialih, lažje vodenje, predvsem pa za določanje osebnih ciljev zaposlenih. Osrednji temeljni gradnik razvoja sistemov upravljanja delovne uspešnosti pa postaja redni letni pogovor. Na praktičnem primeru sem proučeval, kako potekajo letni pogovori in kakšen je njihov vpliv na zaposlene v Psihiatrični kliniki Ljubljana. V prvem poglavju sem opisal teoretične osnove, opredelitve, namene, cilje, vsebine in oblike letnih pogovorov. V drugem poglavju sem predstavil Psihiatrično kliniko Ljubljana, v kateri sem zaposlen zadnjih 8 let. Opisal sem organizacijsko strukturo, kadrovsko in izobraževalno dejavnost klinike. Analiza zadovoljstva z letnimi pogovori, opis problema, cilji, namen raziskave in metode dela vključuje tretji del naloge. Praktičnemu delu je namenjen zadnji del, kjer predstavljam ugotovitve in predloge izboljšav, do katerih sem prišel s pomočjo analize rezultatov anonimne ankete. Izvedena je bila med delavci in vodji zaposlenih v zdravstveni negi Psihiatrične klinike Ljubljana.

Secondary abstract: For a successful functioning of an organization it is important to consider the principles of Human Resources management, proper systematization of HR function and its connection to other functions of administrative management. Regular annual interview between the manager and his co-workers is the main part of management and only one way of communication in society. It is widely thought that the main purpose of regular annual interview is in employee performance evaluation that supports the implementation of wage system. Unfortunately, such view lessens the value of regular annual interview used as a great tool for improving information flow, collecting HR data, simplifying the processes of management and personal goal setting. Regular annual interview has become the cornerstone of performance management development. The practical example shows the procedure of regular annual interviews and their impact on University Psychiatric Hospital Ljubljana employees. In the first chapter the theoretical backgrounds, definitions, purposes, goals, contents and forms of regular annual interviews are described. The second chapter is about University Psychiatric Hospital Ljubljana where I have been working for the last 8 years. Organizational structure, HR and educational functions are described, too. The analysis of employee satisfaction, tasks, goals, the purpose and work methods are included in the third part. Empirical part represents the findings and further improvements that I got from analysing anonymous questionnaire among University Psychiatric Hospital Ljubljana employees.
