Abstract

Organizacijska kultura in klima obstajata v vsakem podjetju. Zaposleni s svojim delom tvorijo in udejanjajo organizacijo, hkrati pa v njej ustvarjajo določeno ozračje, ki jo določa in loči od drugih in vpliva na vedenje ljudi. Dobra organizacijska kultura in klima pa sta temeljni pogoj za boljšo storilnost zaposlenih. V teoretičnem delu bom predstavila pojma organizacijska kultura in organizacijska klima. Posamezno opredelitev obeh pojmov različnih avtorjev. Predstavila bom, kako je sestavljena in je nastala organizacijska kultura ter kako se spreminja. Katere vrste organizacijske klime poznamo, katere so njene dimenzije in kako se spreminja. Predstavila pa bom tudi razlike in podrobnosti organizacijske kulture in organizacijske klime. V raziskovalnem delu bom predstavila rezultate merjenja organizacijske kulture in klime v podjetju. Podala bom komentarje k dobljenih rezultatom in podala predloge za izboljšanje tistih dimenzij, na katere so anketirani slabše odgovorili.

Secondary abstract: Organizational culture and climate are present in every company. Employees create and actualize an organization with their work, and at the same time create a certain atmosphere, which is defined and differs from other organizations and affects the behaviour of other people in the company. Good organizational culture and climate are essential conditions for a better labour productivity. In the theoretical part of my seminar paper, I introduced the terms organizational culture and organizational climate. Additionally, I explained the definition of both terms with the help of individual aspects from different authors. I also described the composition and the origin of the organizational culture as well as its modification. Which types of organizational climate do we know, which are its dimensions and how does it change. I also introduced the differences and similarities of organizational culture and climate. In the research part of my seminar paper, I presented the results of the measured organizational culture and climate in Company. Comments of the obtained results and suggestions for the improvement of the answers, that got bad responses with the interviewees, are also included in the paper.
