Abstract

Izvedel sem reakcije med različnimi purinskimi bazami in silicijevim dioksidom, raztopljenim v fluorovodikovi kislini. Uporabljene purinske baze so bile ksantin, hipoksantin, teobromin in kofein. Nastalo je več različnih novih spojin, katere sem okarakteriziral z infrardečo spektroskopijo, elementno analizo, rentgensko strukturno analizo in rentgensko praškovno analizo. Sinteze so bile izvedene v dveh različnih stehiometričnih razmerjih reaktantov, kar je v nekaterih primerih pomenilo nastanek drugačnega produkta.

Secondary abstract: I performed reactions between different purine bases and silicon dioxide dissolved in hydrofluoric acid. Purine bases that were used were xanthine, hypoxanthine, theobromine and caffeine. The final products were new compounds, which I analysed with IR-spectroscopy, elemental analysis, x-ray structure analysis and x-ray diffraction analysis. Reactions were performed in two different stochiometric ratios between reactants, which, in some cases, resulted in different final products.
