Abstract

V nalogi bomo raziskali področje kulturnih razlik v mednarodnem poslovanju. V teoretičnem delu bomo razložili, kaj je to kultura, katere dimenzije poznamo in kje se pojavljajo kulturne razlike. Razložili bomo, kaj je mednarodno poslovanje in kakšna so pravila pri poslovanju z raznolikimi državami ter povzeli, katere kulturne razlike in pravila so prisotna pri obisku tujih držav. V raziskovalnem delu smo naredili odprti intervju s tremi podjetji, ki poslujejo mednarodno. S pomočjo intervjuja smo dobili odgovore na raziskovalna vprašanja, ki se nanašajo na pripravo mednarodnega poslovanja ter spoštovanje kultur v praksi.

Secondary abstract: In this thesis, we will explore the area of cultural differences in international business. In the theoretical part, we will explain what culture is, which dimensions we know, and where cultural differences occur. We will explain what international business is and what the rules are when doing business with different countries. We will also summarise which cultural differences and rules are present when visiting foreign countries. In the research part, we conducted open-ended interviews with three companies that operate internationally. The interview will answer the research questions relating to the preparation of international business and respect for cultures in practice
