Abstract

Testiranje je vse pomembnejši korak v razvoju in proizvodnji vseh izdelkov in polizdelkov. V tem diplomskem delu je predstavljeno načrtovanje in razvoj naprave za avtomatizacijo testiranja zobniških črpalk. Namen testnega mesta je merjenje obratovalnih parametrov črpalke, kot sta tlak in pretok, ob različnih obremenitvah na vhodu in izhodu črpalke. V prvem delu so predstavljene zahteve za izdelavo testnega mesta ter izbira senzorjev in ostalih elementov. V drugem delu pa je predstavljena struktura programa s prikazom komunikacije med zankami ter opis delovanja in upravljanja naprave prek uporabniškega vmesnika.

Secondary abstract: Testing is an increasingly important step in the development and production of all products and intermediate products. This thesis presents the design and development of a device for automating the testing of gear pumps. The purpose of the test bench is to measure the operating parameters of the pump, such as pressure and flow, under different loads on the pump inlet and outlet. The first part presents the requirements for creating a test bench and the selection of sensors and other elements. The second part presents the structure of the program, showing communication between loops and a description of the operation and management of the device via the user interface.
