Abstract
Diplomsko delo je sestavljeno iz dveh delov. V prvem, teoretičnem delu so predstavljeni osnovni pojmi v zvezi z izobraževanjem, opisani so namen in oblike izobraževanja. V nadaljevanju so predstavljeni motivacijski dejavniki za izobraževanje.
Predstavljen je Zdravstveni dom dr. Adolfa Drolca v Mariboru, njegova organizacijska shema, organizacija izobraževanja, namen in ovire za izobraževanje v organizaciji.
V empiričnem delu smo z anketo ugotavljali zadovoljstvo zaposlenih z izobraževanjem. Predvsem nas je zanimalo, kje so ovire za izobraževanje, kaj motivira zaposlene, da se izobražujejo, in kakšne so njihove možnosti za izobraževanje. Želeli smo tudi ugotoviti, katerih izobraževanj se raje udeležujejo in kateri so vzroki za njihovo odločitev.
Na koncu diplomskega dela smo naredili analizo vseh pridobljenih podatkov in na njihovi osnovi podali predloge za izboljšavo.

The thesis is composed of two parts. In the first, theoretical part introduces the basic concepts related to education, describes the purpose and forms of education. The following are motivating factors for learning.
Presented to the Health Centre dr. Adolfa Drolca Maribor, its organizational chart, educational organization, purpose, and barriers to learning in an organization.
The empirical part of the survey assessed employee satisfaction with education. Above all, we wanted to know where are the barriers to education, what motivates employees to be educated about their options for education. We also wanted to determine which is preferred to attend training and what are the reasons for their decision.
At the end of the thesis we make an analysis of all data obtained and based on them make suggestions for improvements. |
