Abstract
Z razvojem IKT se razvijajo tudi različne grožnje in tveganja za našo varnost v digitalnem okolju. Obseg groženj v digitalnem svetu se vsak dan širi, zato je v velikem porastu tudi kibernetska varnost. Vsem organizacijam in posameznikov grozijo kibernetski napadi z različnim tehnikam, katere lahko napravijo gromozansko škodo. Organizacije, ki zagotavljajo varnost pred tovrstnimi napadi so se uveljavile že povsod po Svetu na vseh možnih področjih dela. Njihova učinkovitost in suverenost je odvisna predvsem od socialnega kapitala ki ga premorejo, torej znanja zaposlenih. Da pa zaposleni v organizaciji premorejo dovolj dober nivo znanja, je zelo pomembno kako z njim upravljajo in si ga medsebojno izmenjujejo. Namen tega prispevka je bil raziskati kateri dejavniki vplivajo na deljenje znanja. Podatke smo zbirali s pomočjo vprašalnika, ki smo ga delili v zato namenjenih organizacijskih komunikacijskih kanalih in pridobili vzorec s strani zaposlenih v organizaciji, ki se primarno ukvarja z kibernetsko varnostjo. Organizacija ima razdeljena podjetja v 6 različnih država, sodelovali so zaposlenih iz vseh držav, ne glede na starost in področje dela. Vprašalnik je bil sestavljen iz demografskih vprašanj, šestih konstruktov, vsak od njih pa je imel še 3 ali 4 indikatorje. Anketiranci so odgovarjali s pomočjo Likertove 5 ali 7 stopenjske lestvice. Na podlagi analize danih podatkov smo 4 hipoteze potrdili, 1 pa nismo imeli moči, saj ni bila v nobeni korelaciji z konstruktov vedenja pri deljenju znanja. Glavna dejavnika povezana z deljenjem znanja, sta bila altruizem in specializacija. Sledila sta jima ugled in recipročnost. Trenutnega življenja si brez tehnologije ne predstavljamo, prav zaradi tega pa kibernetske varnost vrednoti kot zelo pomembna dobrina pri zagotavljanju varnosti v kibernetskem prostoru.

Knowledge sharing in a cybersecurity organization through organizational online platforms |

As ICT evolves, so do the various threats and risks to our security in the digital environment. As the range of threats in the digital world grows every day, so too does cyber security. All organisations and individuals are threatened by cyber-attacks using a variety of techniques that can cause enormous damage. Organisations providing security against such attacks have already established themselves all over the world in every possible field of work. Their effectiveness and sovereignty depend above all on the social capital they possess, i. e. the knowledge of their employees. However, how knowledge is managed and shared between employees is very important to ensure that they have a good level of knowledge in the organisation. The aim of this paper was to investigate which factors influence knowledge sharing behaviour. Data was collected through a questionnaire distributed in dedicated organisational communication channels and a sample of employees in an organisation primarily involved in cyber security was obtained. The organisation has divided the companies into 6 different countries, with employees from all countries participating, regardless of age and field of work. The questionnaire consisted of demographic questions, six constructs, each with 3 or 4 indicators. Respondents answered on a 5- or 7-point Likert scale. Based on the analysis of the given data, we confirmed 4 hypotheses, but we had no power to confirm 1 hypothesis as it did not correlate with any knowledge sharing behaviour constructs. The main factors associated with knowledge sharing behaviour were altruism and specialisation. Reputation and reciprocity followed. We cannot imagine our lives without technology, which is why we value cybersecurity as a very important asset in ensuring security in cyberspace. |
