Abstract

Predstavljeno diplomsko delo prikazuje analizo stanja glede zadovoljstva zaposlenih na izbrani enoti Pošte Slovenije d.o.o. Vključuje prikaz stanja zadovoljstva zaposlenih skozi dvoletno časovno obdobje ter analizo sprememb. Evalvacija je bila opravljena preko anonimnega anketnega vprašalnika, ki smo ga med zaposlene razdelili v letih 2009 in 2011. Zadovoljni zaposleni so predpogoj za uspešno podjetje. Le s produktivnimi in uspešnimi posamezniki lahko podjetje preživi na dolgi rok. V podjetju, kjer večina zaposlenih opravlja pretežno monotono oziroma neraznoliko delo, je vprašanje zadovoljstva in motiviranja zaposlenih izjemnega pomena, saj se le to lahko odraža v odnosu do strank. Zato je podjetje veliko prizadevanj posvetilo omenjeni problematiki, kar se skozi čas tudi pokaže na nekaterih področjih. Seveda je vprašanje zadovoljstva kompleksno in podali smo nekatere ideje in rešitve, katere bi lahko pripomogle k znatnemu povečanju le tega. Izjemnega pomena pri soočanju z omenjeno problematiko je obojestranska komunikacija med vodstvom in zaposlenimi, ki temelji na demokratičnih standardih.

Secondary abstract: The thesis in front of you is an attempt of analysing the state of employee satisfaction in a chosen working unit of Post of Slovenia d.o.o. We try to give demonstration of current employee satisfaction through time and the subsequent analysis of changes to the level of it. The analysis was produced through questioners which were given to the employees in the years 2009 and 2011. It is clear that job satisfaction is a main predisposition for a successful company and only with productive and successful individuals company can survive in the long run. In the company in which most of the employees perform repetitive and non-variable tasks the question of employee satisfaction and motivation is essential because of their interaction with customers. For this reason the company made great efforts on employee satisfaction and this has given results already. Of course the question of job satisfaction is a complex one and we have given some ideas and solutions which could contribute to significantly raising the level of it. Big emphasis should be given to mutual communication between management and employees when dealing with the subject of employee satisfaction.
