Abstract

Diplomska naloga obravnava računalništvo v oblaku in primere preskusov Google Apps v osnovni šoli na konkretnih primerih. Za potrebe naloge so podrobno opisane storitve, Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs ter Google Drive. V eksperimentalnem delu naloge je bila izvedena analiza uporabe Google Apps pred in po uporabi aplikacije v osnovni šoli. Rezultati vprašalnika so pokazali, da je pot do uspešne integracije novih tehnologij še dolga ter da mora izobraževanje kadrov potekati postopoma. Raziskava je pokazala, da se je po uporabi Googla Apps večina učiteljev odločila, da bodo v prihodnje posvetili več časa in truda integraciji novih tehnologij v učne procese. Ugotovili smo, da je to nujen korak pri uveljavitvi novih načinov izobraževanja osnovnošolske mladine, ob upoštevanju stroškov opreme in človeških virov.

Secondary abstract: The diploma paper deals with cloud computing and test cases of Google Apps in primary schools. The applications of Google Apps such as, Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs and Google Drive are described in detail. In the experiment we carried out analysis of Google Apps before and after using it in the school. The results of the questionnaire showed that it will take a long time to successfully integrate new technologies into teaching and that staff training should be carried out gradually. The research has shown that after using Google Apps most teachers decided to devote more time and effort for integrating new technologies into education in the future. We have found that this is a necessary step in the introduction of new methods for the primary school children, taking into account the cost of equipment and human resources.
