magistrsko delo Organizacija in management kadrovskih in izobraževalnih sistemov
Abstract
V magistrski nalogi smo raziskovali, kaj zaposleni v Javnem gospodarskem zavodu Brdo (v nadaljevanju JGZ Brdo) menijo o uvedbi rednih letnih razgovorov. O letnih razgovorih je dostopna tako tuja kot tudi domača literatura. Magistrska naloga je razdeljena na tri dele.
V prvem, teoretičnem delu naloge, je podana teoretična opredelitev sistema rednih letnih razgovorov z opisom posameznih aktivnosti, nalog in postopkov, ki skupaj sestavljajo učinkovit sistem rednih letnih razgovorov. Redni letni razgovori so oblika motiviranja zaposlenih, saj sodelavec skozi razgovor dobi nazaj povratne informacije o prispevku, ki ga vloži k poslovanju podjetja. Sodelavec se tako zave svoje vrednosti v kolektivu.
V drugem delu je predstavljen JGZ Brdo, kjer je predstavljena njegova dejavnost ter njegova organizacijska struktura. Podrobneje se predstavi tudi kadrovska služba, katere delo bo uvedba rednih letnih razgovorov.
V tretjem delu naloge smo s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika skušali ugotoviti, kakšno je mnenje zaposlenih o uvedbi rednih letnih razgovorov v JGZ Brdo.
V magistrski nalogi smo prikazali potrebo po uvedbi rednih letnih razgovorov v JGZ Brdo. Na osnovi rezultatov anketnega vprašalnika, njihove analize ter teoretičnih spoznanj so podane glavne ugotovitve.
Na koncu naloge je predstavljena priprava in uvedba rednih letnih razgovorov v JGZ Brdo. Rešitev problema želimo predstaviti skozi postopnost uvajanja razgovorov v proučeni organizaciji, kjer smo vključili vse elemente, ki so potrebni za njegovo uspešno izvedbo.

In this master's thesis we have researched what employees of the public entity JGZ Brdo (JGZ Brdo in the continuation) think about the introduction of regular yeary interviews. Domestic and foreign literature is available about the yeary interviews. The master's thesis consists of three parts.
In the first, theoretical part, the theoretical definition of the yeary interviews with the description of individual activities, tasks and procedures, which all together form an efficient system of yeary interviews, were explained. Regular yeary interviews are a form of motivating employees, since during the interviews the employees get feedback on their contribution to the entity's performance. The employees thus become aware of their value in the entity.
The second part represents the JGZ Brdo with its primary activities and its organizational structure. The personnel service, which will introduce the regular yeary interviews, is presented in details.
In the third part we have tried to determine the employees’ opinions about the introduction of regular yeary interviews in JGZ Brdo conducting a survey.
The thesis shows the need for introduction of regular yeary interviews in the entity. On the basis of the survey results, the analysis and theoretical knowledge we have represented the main conclusions.
At the end of the thesis there is a representation of the preparation for regular yeary interviews and their self-introduction in JGZ Brdo. In the studied entity, the solution should be introduced gradually, including all the elements needed for its successful completion. |
