Abstract

V diplomskem delu je predstavljena rešitev za digitalno zbiranje podatkov iz proizvodnega procesa. Podatki so se pred implementacijo te rešitve zbirali na staromoden način, torej s pisanjem na list papirja. Opisan je celoten razvoj programske opreme. Začetek temelji na kreiranju uporabniškega vmesnika, ki je napisan v programskem jeziku Python in je oblikovan po obrazcu, na katerega se je prej podatke zapisovalo ročno. V nadaljevanju je predstavljeno oblikovanje MSSQL baze ter povezave med bazo in vmesnikom. Zaključek naloge opisuje obdelavo digitalno zajetih podatkov. Implementacija aplikacije v proizvodnjo okolje podaja večjo sledljivost in preprostejši dostop do informacij, kar uporabniku precej olajša delo.

Secondary abstract: This diploma thesis presents a solution for collecting digital data from the production process. Before the implementation of this solution, the data was collected in the old-fashioned way of writing on a piece of paper. The thesis describes software development from the creation of a user interface in the Python programming language based on a data sheet that was previously used for handwritten notes, to the creation of the MSSQL database and the connection between it and the interface. Finally, the management of the digitally-acquired data is presented. The implementation of the app enables improved traceability and an easier access to data in the production environment, which is more user-friendly.
