diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija Organizacija in management kadrovskih in izobraževalnih sistemov
Abstract
Živimo v času, kjer podjetja samo z vlaganjem v tehnologijo in razvoj le tega ne morejo več preživeti. Osredotočiti se morajo tudi na svoje zaposlene, jim nuditi izobraževanje in izpopolnjevanje ter na delovnem prostoru ustvariti in negovati ugodno delovno klimo, ki bo delavce vzpodbujala k ustvarjalnemu in čim bolj učinkovitemu delu. Za napredek, rast in konkurenčnost so neprecenljivi ustrezno usposobljeni zaposleni, ki s svojo energijo, z znanjem in idejami pomenijo največji kapital, s katerim podjetje razpolaga.
Namen oziroma cilj diplomskega dela je bila ugotovitev, koliko zaposlenih se v podjetju Vrtec Ptuj dodatno izobražuje, kakšno pozornost namenja podjetje izobraževanju, če so zaposleni motivirani pri svojem delu ter kaj jih motivira pri njihovem delu.

We live in times where companies cannot rely only on investment in technology and development in order to survive. The company’s focus should be on their employees, providing them with education and training as well a workplace where positive working climate should be created and nurtured that will encourage workers to make more creative and effective work. Well trained employees are invaluable property for progress, growth and competitiveness of a company, with their energy, expertise and are the biggest margin that a company possesses.
Purpose of the thesis is finding out how many employees in the company Vrtec Ptuj, educate themselves, what kind of attention does the company has for education, if employees are motivated in their workplace, what motivates them in their work. |
