diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija, smer Organizacija in management kadrovskih in izobraževalnih procesov
Abstract
V diplomskem delu smo proučili in predstavili proces in način izobraževanja in usposabljanja v trgovinskem podjetju iz Celja. Vse večja konkurenčnost in globalizacija na področju gospodarstva v Sloveniji in v svetu namreč zahtevata nenehno izpopolnjevanje in usposabljanje zaposlenih. Znanje in delovne izkušnje so namreč izjemnega pomena za uspešno delovanje podjetja.
Raziskovali smo način izvedbe izobraževalnega procesa in zadovoljstvo zaposlenih udeležencev z le-tem. Ugotovili smo, da so zaposleni zadovoljni z izobraževanjem in usposabljanjem, kakršnega izvajajo v podjetju, in da je motivacija zaposlenih za sodelovanje v procesih izobraževanja in usposabljanja velika.
Prvi del diplomske naloge vsebuje teoretični del o izobraževanju in usposabljanju zaposlenih ter opis procesov. Poglavja so povzeta iz obsežne literature, napisane o tej tematiki.
Drugi del naloge je raziskovalni. Uporabili smo metodo proučevanja obstoječe dokumentacije ter izvedbo in analizo ankete med zaposlenimi. Na začetku smo si zastavili tudi vprašanja, na katera smo želeli dobiti odgovore.
Najprej smo predstavili podjetje iz Celja, v katerem in o katerem je nastajalo to diplomsko delo, njegovo organizacijsko strukturo, pravilnik o izobraževanju in usposabljanju, ter nato povzeli celoten proces izobraževanja in usposabljanja v podjetju. Z analizo dokumentacije smo ugotavljali dejansko stanje organiziranosti izobraževanja in usposabljanja glede na pravilnik in notranje organizacijske predpise.
S pomočjo ankete smo pridobili mnenja zaposlenih o obstoječem realnem stanju na področju izobraževanja in usposabljanja v podjetju in ugotovili stopnjo njihovega zadovoljstva. Podatke, pridobljene z anketiranjem zaposlenih, smo prikazali v grafikonih ter z njimi odgovorili na vprašanja, ki smo si jih zastavili, spoznali zadovoljstvo zaposlenih z izvajanjem izobraževanja in usposabljanja v podjetju ter njihovo motiviranost za le-to.
V zadnjem delu diplomskega dela smo navedli svoje ugotovitve o procesu izobraževanja in usposabljanja v podjetju, navedli nekatere pomanjkljivosti in podali nekaj svojih predlogov za izboljšanje v osnovi sicer dobrega sistema dela na tem področju.

In the paper we have studied and presented the process as well as the method of education and training in a trading company from Celje. The ever growing competitivity and globalization in the sphere of economy in Slovenia and worldwide namely call for continuous improvement of skills and training of the employees. And it is the knowledge and the work experience that are of exceptional importance for the successful operation of a company.
We have researched the method of implementing the educational process and the satisfaction of the employees participating in such process. Our findings show that the employees are satisfied with the education and training as performed in the company, and that the motivation of the employees for taking part in such educational and training process is great.
The first part of the paper is the theoretical part on the education and training of the employees with the description of processes. The chapters have been summed up from the extensive literature, written on this particular subject.
The second part of the paper is of a research nature. We have used the method of studying the existing documentation as well as conducted and analysed a survey among the employees. At the beginning we also defined the questions, to which we wished to get the answers.
First, the company from Celje was presented, in which and about which this paper has been created, with its organisational structure and rules on education and training, then the entire process of education and training in the company was summed up. By analysing the documentation we were determining the actual state of education and training organisation with regard to the rules and internal organisational regulations.
By means of the survey we have gathered the opinions of the employees on the actual situation in the field of education and training in the company and established the level of their satisfaction. We presented the information, collected through the employee survey, by means of charts and in this way provided answers to the questions raised, we have learned about the employee satisfaction with the performance of education and training in the company as well as about their motivation for such education and training.
In the last part of the paper we have stated our findings regarding the education and training process in the company, pointed out some deficiencies and have also given some suggestions on how to improve the system of work in this field, which has basically proven good. |
