Abstract

Diplomsko delo z naslovom Uvedba rednega letnega razgovora na Nevrološki kliniki Univerzitetnega kliničnega centra Ljubljana je sestavljeno iz dveh delov, teoretičnega in raziskovalnega. V prvem, teoretičnem delu smo na podlagi pregleda domače in tuje literature podrobneje predstavili pojem rednih letnih razgovorov (v nadaljevanju RLR) ter opredelili njegove namene in tematiko. Teoretično smo predstavili njegovo sestavo in uporabnost v praksi. Predstavljen je način komuniciranja pri RLR, sama izvedba ter posamezne faze RLR-jev: priprava na razgovor, razgovor, zapis razgovora. V tem delu je predstavljen tudi Univerzitetni klinični center Ljubljana (v nadaljevanju UKC Ljubljana) ter Nevrološka klinika, kjer je bila raziskava narejena. V drugem, raziskovalnem, delu smo predstavili rezultate, pridobljene na podlagi anonimnega anketnega vprašalnika, ki je bil razdeljen med zaposlene v zdravstveni negi in rehabilitaciji na Nevrološki kliniki UKC Ljubljana. Dobljene rezultate smo statistično obdelali ter jih predstavili s pomočjo grafov in tabel. Podane so tudi ključne ugotovitve in predlogi za uvedbo RLR v prakso.

Secondary abstract: This diploma thesis with the title Introduction of Regular Annual Interview at Neurological Clinic of University Medical Centre Ljubljana is composed of two parts, a theoretical and a research part. We introduced in the first, the theoretical part, based on an overview of domestic and foreign literature more in detail the term Regular Annual Interviews (in the following RAI) as well as defined its purposes and topics. We presented theoretically its composition and its usability in practice. Presented is the way of communication at RAI, its execution, as well as the single phases of RAIs: preparation for talks, talks, written record of talks. In this part are also described the University Medical Centre Ljubljana (in the following UMC Ljubljana) as well as the Neurological Clinics, where the research was done. In the second, the research part, we presented the results, acquired by an anonymous questionnaire, distributed to the employees in health care and rehabilitation at the Neurological Clinic Ljubljana. The gained results were statistically processed and presented with the help of graphs and tables. Given were also key findings and suggestions for the introduction of RAI in practice.
