Abstract
Namen diplomskega dela je bil izdelati nadgradnjo za Mitsubishi Electric delovno postajo; modul za opravljanje nateznih preizkusov. Z uporabo programske opreme CAD se je izrisala oblika novega modula, ki se je kasneje tudi izdelal. Treba je bilo tudi zapisati ustrezen program v Mitsubishijevi programski opremi, ki omogoča opravljanje servo motorja ter vodenje in spremljanje delovanja modula in izrisovanje podatkov na zaslon HMI. Modul bo služil kot pripomoček za opravljanje nateznih preizkusov elastomerov ter kot učni pripomoček, na katerem se prikažejo osnove programiranja in konfiguracije Mitsubishi PLK opreme.

Secondary abstract: |
The purpose of the thesis was to conceive an upgrade to the Mitsubishi Electric work station; a module for conducting tensile tests. With the use of CAD software, the general shape of the new module was designed, which was later also produced. It was also necessary to write a suitable program in the Mitsubishi PLK software, which is needed for the correct operation of the servo motor, as well as the control and monitoring of the module's operation and displaying of data on the HMI screen. The module will serve as a tool for carrying out tensile tests of elastomers, as well as a teaching tool that shows the basics of programming and configuration of Mitsubishi PLC equipment. |
