Abstract

Diplomska naloga obravnava kibernetski kriminal na temnem spletu ter nelegalne spletne trgovine. V teoretičnem delu naloga bralca seznani z definicijami temnega spleta, ter njegovo uporabo. Za anonimen dostop do temnega spleta uporabimo brskalnik-Tor. Kriminalci na temnem spletu zelo radi uporabljajo kripto-valute, ki pa so eden zelo pomembnih elementov za kibernetski kriminal na temnem spletu. Bitcoin je bil med prvimi kripto-valutami, ki so ga začeli uporabljati na temnem spletu, zato ker je zelo težko sledljiv. Nelegalne spletne trgovine na temnem spletu prodajajo prepovedano blago, so tudi zelo ne-regulirane. Kibernetski kriminal je zelo podcenjen. Glavni cilj diplomske naloge je raziskati pojav temnega spleta ter vpliv nelegalnih spletnih trgovin na temnem spletu. Temni spleti ima veliko legalne kot tudi nelegalne vsebine.

Secondary abstract:	The thesis deals with cybercrime on the dark web and illegal online shops. In the theoretical part of the task, the reader is introduced to the definitions of the dark web and its use. For anonymous access to the dark web, we use the Tor browser. Criminals on the dark web love to use crypto-currencies, which are one of the most important elements for cybercrime on the dark web. Bitcoin was among the first cryptocurrencies to be used on the dark web because it is very difficult to trace. Illegal online shops on the dark web sell banned goods, so also highly unregulated. Cybercrime is highly underestimated. The main goal of the thesis is to investigate the phenomenon of the dark web and the influence of illegal online shops on the dark web. The dark web has a lot of legal as well as illegal content
