Abstract

V diplomski nalogi smo obravnavali vse načine prezračevanja. Ločimo več načinov prezračevanja, kot so naravno, mehansko in hibridno prezračevanje. Prav tako ločimo prezračevalne sisteme z rekuperacijo toplote in brez: prezračevalni pasivni sistemi brez rekuperacije toplote, prezračevalni lokalni sistemi z rekuperacijo toplote in prezračevalni centralni sistemi z rekuperacijo toplote. V tej diplomski nalogi je poudarek na centralnem prezračevalnem sistemu, ki ima vgrajeno napravo Zehnder ComfoAir Q350 TR z entalpijskim izmenjevalcem. Vse meritve zraka, kot so: pretok zraka, temperatura zraka, prisotna vlaga v prostoru in CO2, so bile izvedene v stanovanjski montažni nizkoenergijski stavbi, ki se nahaja v Metliki oz. natančneje na naslovu Berčice 3a. Ker je lastnika objekta zanimalo delovanje ogrevalnih in prezračevalnih naprav, smo posvetili svoj čas tudi temu in ga s tem seznanili. S temi meritvami smo prikazali, da je bivanje štiričlanske družine v stanovanjski hiši Kaja glede prezračevanja zdravo ter energetsko učinkovito.

Secondary abstract: In the diploma thesis, we discussed all methods of ventilation. We distinguish several methods of ventilation, such as natural, mechanical and hybrid ventilation. We also distinguish ventilation systems with and without heat recovery: passive ventilation systems without heat recovery, local ventilation systems with heat recovery and central ventilation systems with heat recovery. In this thesis, the focus is on the central ventilation system, which has a built-in Zehnder ComfoAir Q350 TR device with an enthalpy exchanger. All air measurements, such as: air flow, air temperature, humidity present in the room and CO2, were carried out in a residential prefabricated low-energy building located in Metlika or results at the address Berčice 3a. Since the owner of the building was interested in the operation of the heating and ventilation devices, we dedicated our time to this as well and thereby got to know him. With these measurements, we have shown that the stay of a family of four in the Kaja apartment building is healthy and energy efficient in terms of ventilation.
