Abstract
Namen magistrskega dela je sinteza spojin železa z aminopiridini. Uporabili smo železov(II) sulfat(VI) in različne aminopiridine (2-aminopiridin, 3-aminopiridin in 4-aminopiridin). Opravljenih je bilo 24 sintez. Sinteze smo izvedli na tri načine, in sicer z mešanjem pri sobni temperaturi, pod refluksom in solvotermalno sintezo. Kot topili sta bila v večini primerov uporabljena metanol in N,N-dimetilformamid. Sintezni produkti so bili karakterizirani z infrardečo spektroskopijo in rentgensko analizo na monokristalu. Sintetizirali smo že dve znani in objavljeni spojini, bis(2-aminopiridin) sulfat ter bis(4-aminopiridin) sulfat monohidrat. Uspelo nam je sintetizirati tudi novo spojino, katere struktura še ni objavljena, kristalohidrat 3-aminopiridinijev sulfat, ▫$6C5H7N2+ 3SO42- 3H2O$▫. Snov ima veliko asimetrično enoto, ki vsebuje šest 3-aminopiridinijevih kationov, tri sulfatne ione in tri molekule vode. Veliko število vodikovih vezi vpliva na asimetrično strukturo. Spojina kristalizira v triklinskem kristalnem sistemu.

Synthesis and characterization of iron sulfate compounds with aminopyridines |

The aim of this master's thesis was to synthesise iron compounds with aminopyridines. Iron(II) sulphate(VI) and different aminopyridines (2-aminopyridine, 3-aminopyridine and 4-aminopyridine) were used. 24 syntheses were carried out in three ways, by mixing at room temperature, by carrying out a synthesis under reflux and by conducting a solvothermal synthesis. In most cases, methanol and N,N-dimethylformamide were used as solvents. Synthesised products were characterised using infrared spectroscopy and the single crystal X-ray analysis. We synthesised two known and published compounds, bis(2-aminopyridine) sulphate and bis(4-aminopyridine) sulphate monohydrate. In addition, we managed to synthesize a new compound, whose structure has not yet been published, namely crystal hydrate 3-aminopyridine sulphate, ▫$6C5H7N2+ 3SO42- 3H2O$▫. The substance has a large asymmetric unit, containing six 3-aminopyridine cations, three sulphate ions and three water molecules. A great number of hydrogen bonds have an effect on the asymmetric structure. The compound crystallises in the triclinic crystal system. |
