Abstract

V zadnjem času opažamo spremembe pri prehranjevalnih navadah potrošnikov. Pametne rešitve in digitalizacija omogočajo naročanje hrane na izbran naslov. Čeprav storitev dostave hrane obstaja že dolgo, je šele v zadnjemu času doživela razcvet globalnih razsežnosti. Ena izmed potencialnih možnosti za dostavo hrane je tudi uporaba brezpilotnih letalnikov za dostavo hrane. Z namenom raziskati možnosti brezpilotne dostave hrane smo opravili pregled literature in zakonodaje na področju brezpilotnega letalstva ter izvedli poskusni let na področju vzhodne Slovenije. Raziskane so bile tehnične zmožnosti posebej zasnovanega brezpilotnega letalnika za dostavo hrane. Ugotovljeno je bilo, da uporaba brezpilotnih letalnikov prinaša veliko prednosti v industrijo dostave, kot sta večja varnost v prometu in nižja poraba energije. Ne glede na način dostave pa moramo potrošniku predstaviti varno in kvalitetno hrano

Secondary title: Drone usage perspectives for food delivery
Secondary abstract: Certain changes were recently observable in consumer behaviour regarding eating habits. Smart solutions such as digitalization offer new food delivery options. Even though food delivery has been around for a while, it's only in recent times that it has blown up. One of the possibilities for food delivery is using drones for food delivery. During this study we closely examined the literature and preformed our own testing in eastern Slovenia. We examined the technical limitations of a custom build food delivery drone. Our findings indicate that food delivery via drone offers many benefits for the food delivery industry, it helps with traffic safety and its more efficient regarding energy consumption. No matter the food delivery option, the consumer must be presented with food that is safe and of acceptable quality
