Abstract

Dinamično poslovno okolje usmerja sodobna proizvodna podjetja v nadzorovanje proizvodnih procesov v realnem času in v njihovo konstantno izpopolnjevanje. Uveljavljen kazalnik, ki je merodajen kazatelj uspešnosti podjetij pri takem delovanju, je celovita učinkovitost opreme. Magistrsko delo zajema analizo trenutnega stanja na tem področju v podjetju Eurel d.o.o., iskanje učinkovitejše alternative nadzora dotičnih procesov in analizo predvidenega stanja v primeru implementacije poiskane rešitve.

Secondary abstract:	Dynamic economic environment is directing modern manufacturing companies into real-time control of manufacturing processes and their constant refinement. Overall equipment effectiveness is a well established performance index, which is a relevant indicator of a company's success in those activities. This master thesis encompasses an analysis of the current state in these fields in Eurel d.o.o., a search for a potentially more efficient alternative method of supervision of concerned processes and an analysis of the expected state if the found alternative was to actually be implemented.
