Abstract

Okoljski pogoji so pomemben element ergonomske zasnove delovnega mesta. Ker na delovnih mestih preživimo velik del življenja, je pomembno, da so pogoji na delovnem mestu primerni in v skladu z zakonodajo. Odločilno vplivajo na počutje zaposlenih, njihovo uspešnost na delovnem mestu, predvsem pa na njihovo varnost in zdravje. V diplomskem delu sta predstavljeni zasnova in izdelava cenovno dostopnejše merilne naprave za merjenje okoljskih pogojev z namenom ozaveščanja o pomembnosti zagotavljanja ustreznih pogojev na delovnem mestu.

Secondary abstract: Environmental conditions are an important element of ergonomic workplace design. Since we spend a large part of our lives at our workplaces, it is important that workplace conditions are appropriate and compliant with the legal requirements. They have a decisive influence on the well-being of employees, their performance at work and, above all, their health and safety. This undergraduate thesis presents the design and manufacture of a more affordable device for measuring environmental conditions with the aim of raising awareness of the importance of appropriate conditions at the workplace.
