Prenova procesa nabave v izbranem podjetju

Abstract

Diplomski projekt je sestavljen iz dveh delov. V prvem, teoretičnem delu, je obravnavana opredelitev poslovnih procesov. Opisali smo vrste poslovnih procesov in njihove sestavne dele. Opisali smo soodvisnost med temeljnim, informacijskim in upravljalnim procesom. Opredelili smo ključne in podporne poslovne procese. Ravno tako smo opredelili nabavo in opisali posamezne faze nabavnega procesa. Opisali smo nabavo in izboljšanje nabavnega poslovanja v storitvenih organizacijah. Proces nabave predstavlja osrednje področje diplomskega projekta. V empiričnem delu najprej podajamo opis izbranega podjetja. Opisali in zarisali smo trenutni proces nabave in podali analizo trenutnega procesa nabave. Podali smo rešitev, ki bi pripomogla pri samem procesu nabave. Predlagana rešitev je, da bi se uporabljal dosledno ERP program za planiranje in nabavo materiala, katerega podjetje že ima. Spremenili bi proces nabave v podjetju, da bi vsak zaposleni bil odgovoren za svoje delo. Zarisali smo predlog nove zasnove in podali oceno učinkov na prenovo, ki vpliva na zaposlene, podjetje in kupce. Za konec smo opredelili pogoje in omejitve za uvedbo predlagane rešitve.

Secondary abstract:	The graduation project is composed of two parts. In the first part, the theoretical one, the definition of business processes is considered. We have described types of business processes and their constituent parts. We have described interdependence between the core, the informational, and the administrative processes. We have defined the key and the supporting business processes. We have also defined procurement and described individual phases of the procurement process. We have described procurement and the improvement of procurement operations in service organizations. The process of procurement represents the central area of the graduation project. In the empirical part we initially provide a description of the selected company. We have described and discussed the current procurement process and provided an analysis of the current process of procurement. We have provided a solution that would be beneficial for the procurement process itself. The proposed solution is the consistent use of the ERP program for planning and material procurement, a program the company already possesses. We would change the process of the company's procurement so that every employee answers for his own work done. We have outlined the proposal for the new concept and gave an assessment of the effects on the renovation, which influences the employees, the company, and the customers. At the end, we have defined terms and conditions for the introduction of the proposed solution.
