Abstract

Posledica utrjevanja med hladnim preoblikovanjem je sprememba mehanskih lastnosti materiala. Nekatere lastnossti se povečajo (trdota, natezna trdnost, napetost tečenja ... ), druge pa zmanjšajo (razteznost, kontrakcija ... ). Utrjevanje z deformiranjem lahko s pridom uporabimo za povečanje trdote in natezne trdnosti praktično za vse kovine in zlitine. Stopnja deformiranja ima velik vpliv na koeficient elastičnega izravnavanja in kot izravnavanja, kar je posebej pomembno pri preoblikovanju z upogibanjem. Članek opisuje vpliv stopnje deformacije na spremembo koeficienta elastičnega izravnavanja in kota izravnavanja hladno vlečene bakrove zlitine CuCrZr. Rezultati so predstavljeni v obliki grafov in matematičnih povezav, ki nam omogočajo določanje teh lastnosti hladno vlečene zlitine, če poznamo stopnjo deformacije.

Secondary abstract: During the deformation of metals at lower temperatures, the yield stress increases with increasing strain. This phenomenon is called strain hardening. As a result of strain hardening, there is an increase in the strength values of the finished components through forming which is very desirable. The strain hardening has also a great influence on the elastic springback rataio and the springback angle. Control of springback for the bending process applied in practice is difficult for number of reasons, especially in mass production. This paper describes the influence of the effective strain reached by cold drawing, to springback ration and springback angle of alloy CuCrZr. The results are presented in the form of graphs and mathematical models which help us to determine this properties of a cold formed alloy if the strain is known.
