Abstract

Secondary title: Lignin of spruce wood
Secondary abstract: Spruce lignin is complicated natural three-dimensional polymer and it's structure is not known completely till today. The reason for this is it's great heterogenity, which is influenced by various factors: age of tree, growing conditions, place of sample, year season, way of isolation, etc. Spruce lignin is with ester, eter and glicosides bonds tied mainly on wood polioses and for that reason the totaly isolation of lignin from wood is impediment respectively practically imossible. One way of researching lignin is researching it's biosynthesis, which enables further knowing of lignin structure, what is more difficult with other destructive methods
