Podjetje v procesih globalizacije

Abstract

Čudna so pota podjetij! Za razvoj, ki pomeni pogoj za preživetje, se morajo podjetja neprestano prilagajati in boriti, zaradi konkurence, zaradi družbenih sprememb, zaradi razvoja tehnologij, v zadnjem času še posebej zaradi razvoja informacijskih tehnologij in informatizacije družbe, globalizacije sveta. Procesi globalizacije so zastrašujoči, že sama teorija o enopetinski družbi, po kateri bo ena petina človeštva zadostovala za obvladovanje vseh potrebnih procesov in dela, je grozljiva. Kaj bodo delale in od česa bodo živele ostale štiri petine prebivalstva? Podjetja bodo preživela, če bodo sposobna pravočasno spoznati te spremembe in se jim prilagoditi, izrabiti te možnosti za inovacije, racionalizacije, reinženiring in razvoj podjetja. Države bodo učinkovite, če bodo obvladovale procese globalizacije in sposobne zagotavljati sredstva za socialne regulative, mi, ljudje pa bomo preživeli, če bomo znali ohraniti zdravo okolje. Lažje se je prilagajati, če bomo pravočasno spoznali te procese. Zato v prispevku posvečamo tem problemom in procesom pozornost. Kako bo to mogoče doseči, se prilagoditi in preživeti?

Secondary abstract:	Strange are the ways of enterprises. To develop, which means condition for survive, the enterprise must constantly adapting and fighting because of competition, social changes, technology development and especially because of latest development of information technologies and informatisation of society, globalisation of the world. Processes of globalisation are frightening, especially the theory of one-fifth society, which says that one fifth of human race will be suffice to manage all necessity processes and work. What will work and what willlive from the other four fifth of human race? Enterprises will survive if they will be capable to know those changes and to follow them, if they will use those capabilities for innovations, rationalisations, reengeneering and the development of enterprise. Governments will be effective, if they will command processes of globalisation and will be capable to raise money for social regulatives. We will survive only if we will know to keep our environment healthy. It will be easier to adapt if we will know those processes in time. For that reason we take care of those problems and processes in this article. How can we reach that, adapt to that and survive?
