Abstract

Vodenje je proces, ki poteka po fazah; njegov cilj je praviloma reševanje problemov. Številna dela opisujejo metode in stile vodenja, utemeljene predvsem s teorijo vedenjskih znanosti z namenom spoznati učinkovite vodstvene stile. Sodobna ameriška spoznanja opozarjajo, da bo vodenje učinkovitejše, če bo zasnovano na zaupanju in spoštovanju, če bo vodja oblikoval kreativne vodstvene teame, znal pridobiti sodelavce, zasnoval vodenje na kulturi, etiki, morali, oblikoval tak stil obnašanja, ki je sprejemljiv za ljudi, je pravičen, koristen in vljuden. Pri tem pa Japonci poudarjajo še, da je potrebno delati le to, kar povečuje vrednost in opuščati nadzor in kontrolo, če to ni potrebno. Tudi to je mogoče le ob zaupanju in spoštovanju sodelavcev. V prispevku so zato opisane vedenjske teorije, vodstveni slogi in lastnosti vodij, vodstveni proces, proces vodenja z zaupanjem in spoštovanjem, načela tega vodenja pa tudi model preveritve sposobnosti posameznika za vodenje z namenom, da spremenimo svoje vodstveno obnašanje.

Secondary title: Can I be a good manager or even a leader ?
Secondary abstract: Leading is a process which is going on by phases, it’s goal is solving problems. Numerous writings are talking about methods and styles of leading, based on behaviour science theory with intention to recognize efficient leading styles. Contemporary american knowledge warns that leading will be more effective if it’s based on confidence and respect, if leader would form creative leading teams, if he would acquire members, if he would based leading on culture, ethic and morality, if he would form style of behaviour which is acceptable to people, is fair, useful and polite. The Japanese are also emphasized that is necessary to work on only on those phases, which raises the value and to ommit the control which is not strictly necessary. This is also possible only by confidence and respect of collaborators. In the article are described behaviour theories, styles of leading and properties of leaders, leading process, process of leading by confidence and respect, rules of that leading and also the model of self convinction for a leading with intention to change our leading behaviour.
