Abstract

Predstavljene so slovenske referenčne kronologije za potrebe datiranja, ki so bile sestavljene do konca leta 1997. Najdaljši in najbolje pokriti sta regionalni kronologiji jelke in macesna, zato so tudi možnosti za datiranje teh dveh vrst v Sloveniji trenutno največje. Obstoječe hrastove in smrekove kronologije bo treba izboljšati in podaljšati. Borove in jesenove kronologije so pomembne predvsem za primerjave.

Secondary title: Reference chronologies for dendrochronological dating in Slovenia - their state of development in 1997
Secondary abstract: The Slovene reference chronologies for dendrochronological dating which were assembled by the end of 1997 are presented. The regional chronologies of the silver fir and larch trees are the most extensive and best accounted for. Thus also the possibilities for dating these species of wood are currently greatest. The chronologies assembled for oak and spruce are also presented and possibilities to improve and extend them are discussed. The chronologies for pines and ash are of significance for comparative purposes in particular.
