Abstract

Obravnavan je problem modeliranja odrezavanja dolivkov (narejenih iz zlitine EN AC46000) z metodo konˇcnih elementov. Fenomen poruˇsitve je modeliran na dva naˇcina: Z razˇsirjeno metodo konˇcnih elementov in duktilnim kriterijem v okviru eksplicitne sheme. Rezultati numeriˇcnih simulacij so primerjani z analitiˇcno in eksperimentalno doloˇcenimi. Izkaˇze se, da je duktilni kriterij bolj primeren za modeliranje obravnavanega problema.

Secondary abstract: In this work we consider the problem of modelling of ingates cutting process (made of EN AC-46000 alloy) with finite element method. The phenomenon was modeled with extended finite element method and with ductile criterion using the explicit scheme. The results obtained with numerical simulations are compared to those obtained using analytical methods and experiments. We can conclude that the use of ductile criterion is more appropriate when modelling beforementioned problems.
