Secondary abstract: | The purpose of this master's thesis is conducting research in the field of ECU calibration. We have analysed the most widely used tools in the market and have drawn comparisons between calibration protocols. The result of our thesis is a cross-platform programming library which enables data transfer using the Universal Measurement and Calibration Protocol - XCP. The library is then integrated into the software of a SIRIUS XHS-PWR measurement device and the DewesoftX software package. We have concluded that our development of a solution for integrating Dewesoft's measurement systems into ECU calibration systems was successful. |
