Abstract
V podjetju Arcont d. d. prevladuje kurativno vzdrževanje, ki ga želijo bistveno pospešiti in razširiti z nekaterimi preventivnimi dejavnostmi. Z analizo nekaterih tipičnih okvar smo kot pilotski primer izločili upogibni stroj LVD 320/40. Za obravnavo odpovedi in okvar tega stroja smo izbrali metodi ACF (analiza vzrokov za odpoved) in MBR (poročilo o dolgem zastoju). Med delovanjem stroja nastane razpoka na oljnem filtru Rexroth, ki povzroči ustavitev proizvodnje v podjetju. Z analizo vzrokov in posledic okvare ter študijem obstoječih postopkov v podjetju smo metodi prilagodili stanju v podjetju in ju uporabili na pilotskem primeru. Ugotovili smo, da je osnovni vzrok okvare obravnavanega stroja konstrukcijska napaka, ki jo je mogoče rešiti z namestitvijo večjega oziroma zmogljivejšega filtra. Stroškovno ovrednotenje okvar in finančna analiza je pokazala velike prihranke, ki jih omogoča uporaba predstavljenih metod. Metodi je mogoče posplošiti za uporabo na katerem koli delovnem sredstvu v podjetju Arcont d. d.

Methods for dealing with major machine failures in Arcont d.d. |
Secondary abstract: |
Breakdown maintenance is a predominant maintenance strategy at Arcont. Its goal is to significantly accelerate the current strategy and add some preventive activities. By analyzing some typical failures, we selected the LVD 320/40 bending machine as a pilot example. We chose ACF method (failure cause analysis) and MBR method (long downtime report) to study the failures and breakdowns of this machine. During the operation of the machine, a crack occurs on the Rexroth oil filter, causing a complete production stop. By analyzing the causes and consequences of the failure and studying the existing procedures in the company, we adapted the methods to the company's needs and applied them to a pilot case. We determined that the primary cause of the failure of the machine in question was a design defect that could be corrected by installing a larger or more powerful filter. The cost evaluation of the defects and the financial analysis showed that large savings are possible by applying the presented methods. The methods can be applied to all of Arcont's operating equipment. |
