Abstract

Namen diplomskega dela je narediti krmilni sistem za krmiljenje ventilatorjev ogrevalne tehnike podjetja ebm-papst Slovenija, ki bo vgrajen v tester za merjenje značilnosti ventilatorjev in preizkušanje. Glavni sestavni del krmilnega sistema je mikrokrmilnik, ki krmili in preverja ostale komponente krmilnega sistema in omogoča komunikacijo s krmilnim sistemom Siemens. Poleg krmiljenja s Siemensovim krmilnikom mora imeti možnost krmiljenja vseh parametrov ročno. Krmilni sistem mora nuditi nizko ceno izdelave, veliko hitrost, visoko zanesljivost delovanja, javljanje napak delovanja prek RS-232-komunikacije in možnost krmiljenja vseh ventilatorjev ogrevalne tehnike prek enega priključka.

Secondary abstract: The purpose of the thesis is to design and implement a control system for controlling the fans of the heating technology manufactured by ebm-papst Slovenia, which will be integrated into a tester for measuring the characteristics of the fans and testing. The main component of the control system is the microcontroller, which controls and checks the other components of the control system, and enables communication with the Siemens control system. In addition to control with a Siemens controller, it must be possible to control all parameters manually. The control system must offer a low price of high production, high speed, operational reliability, notification of operating errors via RS-232 communications and the possibility of controlling all fans of the heating technology via one connection.
