Abstract

V diplomskem delu sem se ukvarjala predvsem z nadarjenostjo. Z nadarjenimi učenci se učitelji srečujejo vsakodnevno in njihova naloga je, da jih prepoznavajo in omogočajo razvoj njihovih nadpovprečnih sposobnosti, ki so največje naravno bogastvo sveta. Le ustrezno izobražen in informiran učitelj bo razvil "prava" stališča do nadarjenih učencev in njihove edukacije. V delu z nadarjenimi bo videl izziv in možnost ustvarjalnega dela, ne pa dodatne obremenitve.

Secondary abstract: My thesis deals primarily with giftedness. Teachers encounter gifted children on a daily basis and their task is to recognise them and allow for the development of their above-average abilities, which are some of the world% s greatest assets. Only such a qualified teacher is able to develop the %right% attitudes to gifted children and their education, and can view them as both a challenge and an opportunity to be creative instead of an additional load.
