Otrok in življenje v rejniški družini

Abstract

V diplomskem delu smo obravnavali rejniške družine in življenje otrok v njih. Ob besedi rejništvo pomislimo na vse tiste otroke, ki iz različnih razlogov ne morejo živeti v matični družini, in na njihove stiske, težko otroštvo, čustveno praznino. Hkrati pomislimo tudi na vse tiste rejnice in rejnike, ki se tem otrokom trudijo dajati brezpogojno ljubezen, toplo in varno ognjišče. V empiričnem delu diplomskega dela je predstavljena raziskava o rejniških družinah v upravni enoti Slovenska Bistrica. V raziskavo so bile vključene vse rejniške družine upravne enote Slovenska Bistrica. Raziskava je pokazala, da se z rejništvom ukvarjajo predvsem ženske, ki večinoma prihajajo iz delavskih družin. V rejništvu imajo tudi do štiri rejence, za rejništvo so se odločile predvsem iz ljubezni do otrok. Večina rejencev je morala zapustiti matično družino zaradi alkohola v družini, stiki z biološkimi starši so prisotni redko. Ugotovili smo, da na Centru za socialno delo Slovenska Bistrica z rejniškimi družinami sodelujejo dobro.

Secondary title:	A CHILD AND LIFE IN A FOSTER FAMILY
Secondary abstract:	This diploma thesis deals with foster families and the life of children brought up in them. The word fosterage makes us think of the children who cannot live in their birth family for different reasons, of their distress, difficult childhood and emotional emptiness. At the same time we think of the numerous fosterers who try to give such children unconditioned love and a warm and safe home. The empirical part of the diploma thesis presents the research work on foster families in the administrative unit of Slovenska Bistrica. The research included all the foster families in the administrative unit of Slovenska Bistrica. It has shown that mostly women are involved in fosterage, usually coming from working class families. They have up to four foster children and they have decided to be foster mothers mostly due to their love of children. Most of the fosterlings had to leave their birth family due to alcohol problems in the family, and they rarely have contacts with their biological parents. We have found out that the Centre for social work in Slovenska Bistrica cooperates very well with foster families.
