Abstract
Prvi socialni sistem in prvo okolje za otroka je njegova družina. V družini se otrok izoblikuje, uveljavi, dobi vrednote in se uči, kako živeti. Ko se otrok vključi v vzgojno izobraževalno inštitucijo, postanejo ob starših vzgojitelji oziroma strokovni delavci pomembni odrasli pri njegovi vzgoji. Otroci lahko kljub svojim sposobnostim na vseh področjih s pravilnim strokovnim pristopom osvojijo določene spretnosti in navade. Kadar gre za otroka s posebnimi potrebami, imajo strokovni delavci (defektolog, vzgojitelj, učitelj ...) še toliko bolj pomembno vlogo. Da razvoj in napredek otroka poteka nemoteno, je zelo pomembno sodelovanje med starši in strokovnimi delavci. Pomembno vlogo pri tem ima pravilna, ustrezna komunikacija, ki se razvije v odnos, ki temelji na medsebojnem zaupanju in spoštovanju. Namen diplomskega dela je ugotoviti, kako so starši zadovoljni s storitvami in delom zaposlenih v Centru za usposabljanje, delo in varstvo Dobrna. V zaključnem delu diplomskega dela so prikazani rezultati in interpretacija raziskave, ki je bila izvedena s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika. Rezultati so pokazali, da starši dobro sodelujejo s Centrom in s storitvami; z delom zaposlenih so zadovoljni.

A child's first social system and surrounding is his family. In a family environment a child develops, stamps his presence, obtains self worth and learns how to live. When a child enters an educational institution, the educators, eg. specialist workers become an important part of a child's up bringing, in addition to his parents. With proper specialist intervention, children are capable of achieving certain skills and manners in all areas of their lives, despite each child's individual ability. When this involves children with special needs, specialist workers (special educator and pedagog, educator, teacher ...) play an even more important role. For a child's successful and uninterrupted development, cooperation between parents and specialist workers is very important. Proper communications are an important aspect of this, developing into a relationship, setting the foundations for mutual trust and respect. The overall aim of this thesis has been to determine the parent's satisfaction with the intervention facilities and services of the employees at the Centre for education and rehabilitation, work and care Dobrna. The conclusion of this thesis presents the results and the interpretation of the investigation study, which was performed with the help of a structured questionnaire. The results have shown that parents cooperate well with the Centre and that they are satisfied with the facilities and the services performed by the employees. |
