Abstract
Struktura slikarske površine določa razporeditev in razmerje posameznih elementov slike, katere zgradbo sestavljajo.

THE PATH TO THE STRUCTURES OF THE PAINTING SURFACE |
Secondary abstract: |
The structure of a painting surface is defined by the arrangement and proportion of individual elements of the painting which compose its structure. In fine arts the structure of the painting surface represents the manner according to which individual elements of the whole painting are constructed, formed by linking its parts, and in which visible processes in the formation of a piece of art are of significant importance. The art of painting is a sphere of artistic creativeness that uses a flat surface as a basis on which the artist constructs his composition with the help of colours, surfaces and lines. Throughout different historical periods, the art of painting has been constantly developing and changing. In history, the use of colour has always depended on the development of painting techniques. The choice of a particular artistic technique has always depended on the painting surface and the support. Throughout the history of painting, the artists have been choosing different supports In classical painting the emphasis was on homogeneous movement and upgrading, while the representatives of the abstract painting differed much more in their views of the art. Every artist defined his own creative environment, separated from the others, and dedicated himself to creating art as an individual or a researcher of new ways within art. Nowadays, authors simultaneously choose different styles to create pieces of art. Each and everyone of them choose their own styles and poetics in which they can best express themselves. In regard to authors who are present in the following years, we can still notice an emphasis on the physical characteristics of the painting. They proceed with artistic experiences and unite procedures from different artistic genres, and still use informal materials, which are treated in an independent and individual way. |
