Abstract

V diplomskem delu je obravnavana OŠ Trnovo, ki je bila med letom 2021 in 2022 energetsko in statično obnovljena oz. ojačana. Predstavljen je objekt ter podroben opis predvidenih in dejansko izvedenih del. Prikazan je tudi terminski plan pred začetkom gradnje ter med potekom gradnje oz. sanacije. Narejena je tudi analiza časovnih odstopanj v programu Microsoft Project, ki prikazuje oziroma primerja načrtovani potek del z dejanskim potekom del. V analizi so zajeta tudi nepredvidena dela in vpliv le teh na končni rok izvedbe.

Secondary abstract: This diploma thesis deals with project of Trnovo primary school renovation. The school building was upgraded from the point of energetic efficiency and static reinforcement. This thesis includes the presentation of the structure itself and the works, which were made to improve the quality of the building. It shows not only the initial term plan but also how it was changed during the construction. Schedule delay analysis was made using Microsoft Project. As a result, we can see which circumstances and work execution conditions has the major impact on delays that occurred. Also, the analysis includes unexpected works and their effect on the project completion.
