Abstract

Ljudske igre so preproste in lahko razumljive. Glavni namen iger ni samo tekma, temveč tudi dokazovanje zmogljivosti in uspešnosti. Čeprav so se ljudske igre skozi leta spreminjale, je v njih še začutiti življenjske izkušnje človeštva in spoznanja, ki so se razvijala skozi spremembe načina življenja. V teh igrah je skritih veliko prvin športa, ki ga tako lahko približamo otrokom na njim prijeten način. Orodja oziroma rekviziti, ki so jih nekoč uporabljali v ljudskih igrah, so preprosti in vzeti iz vsakdanjega življenja oziroma dela. Prav zaradi tega so te igre primerne tudi v predšolski dobi. Namen diplomskega dela je ugotoviti, v kakšni meri so te igre zastopane v vrtcih, koliko in katere ljudske igre vzgojiteljice poznajo in uporabljajo pri svojem delu, kakšen je njihov namen vključevanja ljudskih iger v delo z otroci ter kako in koliko s pomočjo teh iger razvijajo motoriko predšolskih otrok. V teoretičnem delu je predstavljena zgodovina ljudskih iger in pogoji, ki so potrebni za izvajanje ljudskih iger in možnosti razvijanja motoričnih sposobnosti s pomočjo ljudskih v vrtcih. Opisanih je nekaj preprostih iger s poudarkom na razvijanju motoričnih sposobnosti predšolskih otrok. V empiričnem delu so predstavljeni rezultati ankete, ki je bila izvedena na vzorcu 55 vzgojiteljev. Na osnovi rezultatov ankete ugotavljamo, da vzgojiteljice v vrtcih še vedno uporabljajo veliko ljudskih iger, tudi za razvoj motoričnih sposobnosti pri otrocih. Rezultati ankete so pokazali, da imajo otroci najraje gibalno-športne dejavnosti.

Secondary abstract: Folk games are simple and easily understandable. The main purpose of the games is not only competition itself but also a demonstration of abilities and success. Although, folk games have changed through time, they are still filled with life experiences and cognitions that have evolved through the changes of lifestyles. In these games there are a lot of sport elements, that can be introduced to children in a very pleasant way. Requisites, that were used to used in folk games, were simple and taken from everday life and work. That is why these games are also suitable at preschool age. The purpose of the thesis was to determine to what extent these games are represented in nursery schools, how many and which folk games do pre-school teachers know and apply in their work, what is the purpose of integration of folk games into work with children and how and how much these games develop motor skills of preschool children. The theoretical part presents the history of folk games, the conditions necessary for the performance of folk games and the possibility of developing motor skills through these games in nursery schools. It also contains the descriptions of few simple games with a focus on the development of motor skills of preschool children. In the empirical part are presented results of a survey which was conducted on a sample of 55 preschool teachers. Based on the results of the survey it is evident that preschool teachers still use a lot of folk games, also for the development of motor skills of young children. The results also show that children prefer motor-sport activities.
