Abstract
V diplomski nalogi smo zasnovali vpenjalno pripravo za proces vrtanja ohišja menjalnika. Pri vpenjalni pripravi smo upoštevali pravila pozicioniranja, da smo odvzeli vse potrebne prostostne stopnje in s tem zagotovili točno pozicioniranje obdelovanca. Zagotovili smo čim bolj ergonomsko in enostavno montažo vpenjalne priprave. Naredili smo več variant, da smo lažje primerjali, katera je ustreznejša, bolj ergonomska in enostavnejša za montažo. Za zasnovo vpenjalne priprave smo naredili 3D model obdelovanca. Izdelali smo navodila za montažo in demontažo vpenjalne priprave, animacijski film montaže in demontaže vpenjalne priprave, eksplozijski model vpenjalne priprave, stroškovno kalkulacijo in pripravili smo tehnologijo. Pred obdelavo smo določili ustrezne obdelovalne postopke za vrtanje izvrtin ter jim določili ustrezne rezalne parametre. Na koncu pa smo še izbrali ustrezen obdelovalni stroj, na katerem bo ta vpenjalna priprava nameščena.

Design of a clamping device for the drilling process |
Secondary abstract: |
In the diploma thesis, we designed a clamping device for the process of drilling the gearbox housing. During the clamping preparation, we considered the positioning rules to remove all the necessary degrees of freedom and thereby ensure the exact positioning of the workpiece. We also had to consider that it should be as ergonomic and easy to assemble as possible. We made several variants to make it easier to compare which one is more suitable, more ergonomic, and easier to assemble. For the design of the clamping device, we made a 3D model of the workpiece. We created instructions for mounting and dismounting the clamping device, an animation film of mounting and dismounting the clamping device, an exploded model of the clamping device, cost calculation and we prepared the technology. In doing so, we also determined the machining procedures for drilling the holes and determined the appropriate cutting parameters for them. In the end, we chose a suitable machine on which this clamping device will be installed. |
