Abstract

Namen diplomskega dela je nadgraditi elektro vezavo že obstoječega visečega hidravličnega dvigala HSR Tajfun s tem, da izboljšamo zanesljivost in delovanja stroja ter dodamo dodatne sklope na željo strank. Hkrati pa urediti vezalne sheme za lažjo montažo ter servis. Najprej smo pregledali katere so trenutne težave obstoječega sklopa in kako bi jih popravili s posodobitvijo in dodajanjem novih komponent. Pri dodajanju smo prav tako upoštevali razne nadgradnje katere bi se lahko v prihodnosti pojavile. Nato smo s pomočjo seznama želja strank dorekli katere ideje so primerne in izvedljive za kasnejšo integracijo na stroj. Poleg tega smo določili različne konfiguracije stroja, katere lahko stranka izbere. Pri izdelavi dokumentacije smo se osredotočili na glavne elemente kot so: moč motorja, število motorjev in tip kabine. Na podlagi le teh smo s pomočjo programa SolidWorks Electrical izdelali načrte. V nadaljevanju diplomske naloge je celoten opis stroja, elementov ter postopek načrtovanja in nadgradnja elektro sklopa.

Secondary title: Design and upgrade of suspended crane HSR Tajfun control system
Secondary abstract: The purpose of this diploma thesis is to upgrade the electrical wiring of the existing hanging hydraulic lift HSR Tajfun by improving the reliability and functioning of the machine and adding additional assemblies on customer requests. At the same time, we were trying to arrange existing wiring diagrams for easier assembly and service. First, we determined and reviewed current machine problems and how we would fix them by updating and adding new components. Modifications were also considered with regard to various upgrades that could appear in the future. With the help of the customer wish list, we decided which ideas were suitable and feasible for later integration into the machine. In addition, we have specified different machine configurations that the customer can choose from. When creating the documentation, we focused on the main elements such as: engine power, number of engines and cabin type. Based only on these, we created schematics with the help of the SolidWorks Electrical program. In the following diploma thesis there is a complete description of the machine, its elements and the process of planning and upgrading the electrical assembly.
