Secondary title: | Visualization of Covid-19 pandemic data |
Secondary abstract: | The thesis describes the design and implementation of the data visualization of the Covid-19 pandemic in the form of a website. Eight versions of interactive graphs were created using the D3.js library and other web development tools. To improve user experience, animations were added. The data for the presentation is obtained from the API. The website and visualizations are designed based on modern layout and design guidelines. Due to the widespread use of devices with different screen sizes, responsive website design is important these days, so two versions of the website were implemented. The thesis also describes an overview of the field and the technologies used. The site was put online, so at the end a chapter on the evaluation of the implemented solution by end users is added. |
