Abstract

V diplomskem delu z naslovom Terensko delo pri pouku družbe je predstavljeno terensko delo kot pomembna praktična dopolnitev teoretičnega dela pouka in z njim povezane metode dela. V teoretičnem delu je omenjena opredelitev terenskega dela, povezanost le-tega z ostalimi načini poučevanja in na kaj moramo biti pozorni pri načrtovanju terenskega dela. Z nekaj primeri učnih priprav je v praktičnem delu predstavljeno, kako načrtovati terensko delo pri predmetu družba v četrtem in petem razredu devetletne osnovne šole. Diplomsko delo temelji na neposredni pedagoški izkušnji. Praktični del diplomskega dela se je odvijal na OŠ Boštanj. Okolica šole je zelo primerna za izvajanje terenskega dela. Terensko delo je bilo preizkušeno in dokumentirano v četrtem razredu. Doseženi rezultati potrjujejo primernost uporabe takšnega načina dela z učenci, saj pridobijo nove izkušnje, so ustvarjalni, aktivni, razvijajo jezik, se uče sodelovanja, navajajo se poslušati in ceniti mnenja drugih.

Secondary abstract: In the Thesis with the title Fieldwork within the elementary school social study course, field work is presented as an important practical supplement of the theoretical part of the course. The working methods that relate to the fieldwork are also presented. In the theoretical part of the Thesis, the definition of the fieldwork, connection of the fieldwork with other methods of teaching, and the things that we have to pay attention to when planning the fieldwork are mentioned. With some examples of teachers' preparative work, in the practical part of the Thesis, there is presented how to plan the fieldwork within the social study course in the fourth and fifth grade of the elementary school. The Thesis is based on the direct pedagogical experience. The practical part of the Thesis was carried out in the Boštanj Elementary School. The surrounding of the school is very convenient for the fieldwork. The fieldwork was tested and documented in the fourth grade. The obtained results confirm the adequateness of the usage of this kind of teaching method. The pupils gain new experiences, they are creative, active, they develop the language skills, learn how to collaborate, learn to listen to each other and to appreciate the opinions of others.
