diplomska naloga

Abstract

Ta diplomska naloga opisuje, kaj to človeški faktor je, glavne vplive nanj in posledice tega. Vsebuje podrobnejšo razlago poglavitnega problema, torej utrujenosti.

Secondary title: THE LINK BETWEEN MARITIME ACCIDENTS AND THE HUMAN FACTOR
Secondary abstract: This thesis is a description of what the human factor is, its main influences and its consequences. With a more detailed explanation of the main problem, i.e. fatigue. Finally, some examples of accidents where the human factor was the cause. The cause of the accident is almost always human, from the directly observable faults to the not immediately recognisable. If we decide to take a wrong manoeuvre, the cause is simply our own error, but there are several factors behind this decision that influence us. The human factor, simply put, is a person who is influenced by several things. Psychophysical fitness for work is important because it affects our ability to make decisions and to deal with situations quickly. Our psychophysical state is influenced by fatigue, health and external factors. The IMO has supported a lot of research in this area in recent years and the results are not surprising. Anyone who has worked on board a ship will already be familiar with these things without the need for complex surveys. However, for changes in legislation, such surveys are necessary, and for us they are a positive sign for the changes that will be adopted.
