Abstract
V teoretičnem delu diplomskega dela sem prikazala vlogo lutke v vzgoji, izobraževanju in terapiji. V nadaljevanju sem se osredotočila na konflikte, metode reševanja konfliktov po Gordonu in reševanje konfliktov z lutko. V empiričnem delu so predstavljeni odgovori, ki sem jih dobila s pomočjo ankete, ki so jo reševale vzgojiteljice mariborskih vrtcev (vrtec Otona Župančiča, Jožice Flander, Jadvige Golež in vrtec Studenci Maribor). Z anketnim vprašalnikom sem želela ugotoviti, ali vzgojiteljice uporabljajo lutke v vzgoji, izobraževanju, terapiji in pri reševanju konfliktov ter kakšen je odziv otrok na uporabo lutk v naštete namene. Pri omenjenih vidikih so me zanimale razlike glede na starostno skupino, v kateri dela vzgojiteljica. Ugotovila sem, da so lutke v vrtcih otrokom vedno dosegljive. Vzgojiteljice jih najpogosteje uporabljajo za lutkovne predstave in kot motivacijsko sredstvo. Nekoliko manj pridejo v poštev kot didaktično sredstvo in najmanj kot sredstvo za reševanje konfliktov. Vzgojiteljice, ki v konfliktnih okoliščinah posežejo po lutki, poročajo o zelo pozitivnem odzivu otrok.

In theoretical part of my thesis I have presented the role of a puppet in education and treatment. I concentrated on conflicts in continuation, methods of solving the problems according to Gordan and solving the conflicts with the puppet. The answers are introduced in empirical part that I got with the help of a questionary, carried out by educators of Maribor kindergartens (Oton Župančič, Jožica Flander, Jadviga Golež and Studenci Maribor). I wanted to find out if educators were using puppets in education and treatment and at solving the conflicts, and above all, what the child response was by using puppets to listed intentions. At mentioned points of view, I was interested in exsistence of difference considering age group, an educator works in. I have found out that puppets are always available to the children in kindergartens. Most frequently, educators are using them for puppet shows and as a motivational mean, a bit less as a didactical mean and at least as a mean of solving the conflicts. Educators, who in conflict situations use puppets, speak about a very positive response of children. |
