magistrsko delo magistrskega študijskega programa II. stopnje Strojništvo
Abstract
Ta podaja metodo za izračun napetosti in povesov v dvo- in troslojnih zasteklitvah.

Calculation of windowpanes' deflections and stresses in quadruple glazing systems |
Secondary abstract: |
This thesis deals with the mechanical analysis of multi-layer glazing systems in order to verify the proposed method, named LMMG, for the calculation of stresses and deflections in four-layer (quadruple) glazing systems. In the first part of the thesis, the problems associated with multilayer systems are presented along with the possibilities for their dimensioning. In addition to the theoretical basis for solving panel deflection problems, EN16612 standard, providing a method for calculating stresses and deflections in two- and three-layer glazing systems, is discussed in detail. In the second part of the thesis, LMMG method for the calculation of n-layer glazing systems is derived. Compared were results for a double- and a three-layer system, obtained using three approaches: LMMG, EN16612 standard and finite element method in the Mepla software environment. For selected four-layer cases, the proposed method is also compared with the Mepla results. The results of the analyses show that the stresses and deflections of the proposed LMMG method and EN16612 standard are identical for two and three-layer systems and that there is good agreement between the results of the proposed LMMG method and Mepla for four-layer systems. |
