magistrsko delo
Abstract
V nalogi obravnavamo prenovo opuščene in devastirane vile
Seunig v Tacnu.
skupnim potrebam nove bivanjske skupnosti. V drugem delu

The conceptual design of the renovation of the area of Villa Seunig in the foothills of Šmarna gora inthe concept of a long-lived society |
Secondary abstract: |
The thesis deals with the renovation of the abandoned and
devastated villa Seunig in Tacen. We are dedicating the larger associated plot to a new residential community for the elderly and we are giving villa the new program that plays the central role in the new design.
The abandoned villa in an exceptional location in the foothills of Šmarna gora, together with the associated plot, offers an opportunity for the design of an alternative residential community in the context of a long-lived society.
Life expectancy in Slovenia is increasing, and with it the
proportion of people over 65 is growing rapidly. Both require new system solutions, which should, among other things, enable the elderly population to “age in place” and to live independently for as long as possible and to age well with dignity.
The thesis is directed towards the stated goal. The first part of the thesis deals with the renovation of the villa and the outbuilding, which are adapted to the new program (café, library, administrative part) and are dedicated to the common needs of the new residential community. In the second part, a modular neighborhood of different residential units and the wellnes center is presented on the associated plot. |
