Abstract

Množične nesreče so v porastu ne samo na globalni ravni ampak tudi na slovenskem področju. Predstavljajo visoko težavnostjo stopnjo, predvsem ekip nujne medicinske pomoči zaradi pomanjkanja resursov, delavcev in znanja. Tukaj nastopijo triažni sistemi, kateri so ne samo izjemnega pomena za preprečevanje večje števila žrtev in hitre obravnave poškodovancev. Namen zaključnega dela je ugotoviti pomen triažnih sistemov pri množičnih nesrečah in razlike med pristopi v primeru množične nesreče, glede na vzrok nastanka le-teh.

Secondary abstract: Mass accidents are on the rise not only at the global level, but also in Slovenia. They represent a high difficulty especially for the emergency medical teams due to the reduction of resources, workers and knowledge. This is where triage systems come into play, which are of exceptional importance for the protection of a large number of victims and the rapid treatment of the injured. The purpose of the final work is the importance of triage systems in mass accidents and the differences between approaches in the event of a mass accident, depending on the cause of their occurrence.
