Abstract
S pojavom digitalnih tehnologij se svet hitro spreminja. Internet je postal stalnica v našem vsakdanjem življenju, podjetja pa se zavedajo, kako pomembna je močna spletna prisotnost, da bi ostala konkurenčna na današnjem trgu. Posledično se je povečala konkurenca med spletnimi mesti, zato je za podjetja ključnega pomena, da imajo visokokakovostno spletno mesto, ki ga uporabniki zlahka odkrijejo.
V magistrskem delu raziščemo metode in tehnike za optimizacijo spletnega mesta za iskalnike in izboljšanje njihove kvalitete. Magistrsko delo bo razdeljeno na dva glavna dela: teoretični in praktični del. Teoretični del bo temeljil na pregledu angleške literature o optimizaciji za iskalnike in kvaliteti spletnih mest. S tem bomo pridobili celovito razumevanje področja in različnih dejavnikov, ki lahko vplivajo na kvaliteto spletnih mest in optimizacijo za iskalnike. Praktični del se bo osredotočil na oblikovanje in izvedbo spletnega mesta 4th.vision, kjer bomo uporabili tehnike, pridobljene iz pregleda literature, za optimizacijo spletnega mesta za iskalnike in izboljšanje njegove splošne kvalitete.
V prvem delu magistrskega dela smo preučili spletna mesta na splošno, vključno z njihovo strukturo, načeli oblikovanja in pomenom uporabniške izkušnje v sodobnem oblikovanju spletnih mest. Poglobili smo se tudi v koncept uporabniške izkušnje in zakaj je ta ključni vidik naših interakcij s spletnimi mesti. V drugem delu smo se osredotočili na optimizacijo za iskalnike in njeno povezavo z oblikovanjem spletnih mest. Obravnavali smo delovanje iskalnikov, dejavnike, ki vplivajo na uvrstitev spletnega mesta, ter strategije za prepoznavanje in odpravljanje morebitnih težav, ki ovirajo uvrstitev spletnega mesta v iskalnikih. Poudarili smo tudi pomen uporabe orodij za analizo spletnih mest, da bi ugotovili področja za izboljšave in optimizirali delovanje njih.
V praktičnem delu smo pridobljeno znanje uporabili pri oblikovanju in optimizaciji spletnega mesta 4th.vision. Za oblikovanje spletnega mesta smo uporabili načela oblikovalskega razmišljanja in orodje Figma, nato pa smo ga vzpostavili s platformo WordPress. Uporabili smo tudi različna orodja za analizo spletnih mest, da bi ugotovili področja za izboljšave in optimizirali spletno stran za iskalnike. Vse skupaj smo naredili kratek pregled korakov, ki smo jih opravili pri oblikovanju in optimizaciji spletnega mesta 4th.vision.

The world is changing rapidly with the advent of digital technologies. The internet has become a constant in our daily lives and businesses are realising the importance of having a strong online presence to stay competitive in today's market. As a result, competition between websites has increased, making it crucial for businesses to have a high-quality website that is easily discoverable by users.
In this master thesis we will investigate methods and techniques to optimise a website for search engines and improve its quality. The thesis will be divided into two main parts, a theoretical part, and a practical part. The theoretical part will be based on a review of the English literature on search engine optimisation and website quality. This will provide a comprehensive understanding of the field and the different factors that can influence website quality and search engine optimisation. The practical part will focus on the design and implementation of the 4th.vision website, where we will apply the techniques learned from the literature review to optimise the website for search engines and improve its overall quality.
In the first part of the thesis, we looked at websites in general, including their structure, design principles and the importance of user experience in web design. We also looked at the concept of user experience and why it is a key aspect of our interaction with websites. In the second part, we focused on search engine optimisation and how it relates to web design. We looked at how search engines work, the factors that influence a website's ranking, and strategies for identifying and fixing potential problems that hinder a website's search engine performance. We also highlighted the importance of using website analysis tools to identify areas for improvement and optimise performance.
In the practical part, we applied our knowledge to the design and optimisation of the 4th.vision website. We used design thinking principles and the Figma tool to design the website and then built it using the WordPress platform. We also used various website analysis tools to identify areas for improvement and to optimise the site for search engines. All in all, this is a brief overview of the steps we took to design and optimise the 4th.vision website. |
